"Knowledge Manager (SKA)"  (8 weeks)

Length/Dates:	Starting November 4th, 2002 and then monthly on the first Wednesday of each month.
Duration:	8 weeks - Weekly time commitment: Approx. 4 hours.
Cost:	US$1500 plus resources and connectivity
Delivery:	Asynchronous delivery via www.sveibytoolkit.com. Online seminars are conducted using an established voice over IP platform. Interactive self-tests provide useful learning tips. Email and telephone support on questions is also provided.
Returns Policy:	100% by cancellation up to course start date (or the point where access to course forum is provided). After that a participant may reschedule to another course start date at no cost but there is no return of fees paid.
