Deborah Plumley

Deborah's specialty is Procedural Knowledge MappingTM - a high-value workshop technique that visually displays knowledge within the context of a business process and then uses the knowledge map (a) to develop a strategy, or plan a program or project or strategy implementation; (b) to define knowledge management processes; or (c) to frame a knowledge management effort. For example, her knowledge maps for a world-leading pharmaceutical company were used to design a collaborative R&D knowledge system that significantly accelerated time to market.
Deborah brings to her consulting practice 20 years of experience at Hewlett-Packard. Prior to her career at HP, Deborah was an independent consultant to major banks.

Debra Wallace
Debra
Wallace consults in a wide range of private and public
sector organizations, helping them to develop knowledge
and learning strategies to maximize their performance.
Most recently, she was responsible for developing and
guiding the implementation of the organization-wide
knowledge and learning strategy for the newly combined Sun
Life Financial and Clarica Life Insurance organizations.
Prior to that role, Dr. Wallace was the Project
Manager and Community Facilitator for the Agent Network, a
community of practice for Clarica agents Canada-wide. A
frequent speaker and workshop facilitator on the benefits
of “knowing what you know,” Dr. Wallace has
co-authored a chapter on communities of practice in “In
Action: Measuring
Intellectual
Capital” (ASTD, 2002) and continued the writing
partnership with Hubert Saint-Onge in “Leveraging
Communities of Practice for Strategic Advantage” (Butterworth-Heinemann,
2003). She is currently completing a book on advocacy
capability development for family law professionals with
the Honourable Madam Justice P.H. Wallace.
Judith Gabor
Judith Gabor is an executive coach who

Peter Smith
Peter Smith is President of The Leadership Alliance Inc. (TLA), an Anglo-Canadian management-consulting company he founded in 1988. Peter maintains a very active international consulting practice assisting client organizations in both public and private sectors. He largely specializes in assisting clients enhance their performance by optimizing development of critical innovation drivers such as organizational learning, knowledge management, leadership, and motivation.
Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Peter held various senior positions in IT, HR, and R&D with the Exxon family of companies in New York and across North America.
